TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Overview.

The JUG Live Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Jug Beverage Company Inc.(the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period.

The contest period runs from May 24, 2026 at 12:00AM to May 26, 2026 ending at 11:00PM.

3. How to Enter the Contest.

There are two ways to enter the Contest. During the Contest Period, entrants will either comment on the contesting Instagram post on @jugwatercan or receive bonus entries with qualifying purchase of JUG products through www.jug.ca. Entrants must be following the Sponsor’s official Instagram account (@jugwatercan) at the time of entry and winner selection. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

4. Entry Quantities

During the Contest Period, entrants may enter through the following methods:

  1. Social Story Entry (1 entry): Share the designated contest post to your Instagram story and tag @jugwatercan for one (1) entry.
  2. Tag-a-Friend Entry (1 entry): Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the designated contest post for one (1) entry.
  3. Purchase Entry (10 bonus entries): Purchase a 12-pack from the Sponsor’s web store at www.jug.ca during the Contest Period for ten (10) bonus entries. Entries will be automatically credited to the email address associated with the purchase. Entrants must use the same email address for their contest entry submission and web store purchase.
  4. Subscription Entry (25 bonus entries): Start a new subscription from the Sponsor’s web store at www.jug.ca during the Contest Period for twenty-five (25) bonus entries. Entries will be automatically credited to the email address associated with the subscription. Entrants must use the same email address for their contest entry submission and web store subscription.

Entrants may use multiple entry methods to accumulate entries. Maximum of one (1) Social Story Entry and one (1) Tag-a-Friend Entry. Multiple purchases or subscriptions will result in additional bonus entries accordingly. The maximum total number of entries an individual entrant can receive is unlimited based on the number of purchases and subscriptions made. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry will be the Sponsor’s devices. Entries that:

  1. are late, unauthorized, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise prohibited;
  2. contain false or invalid information; or
  3. do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions these Rules as determined by Sponsor (collectively, “Ineligible and/or Invalid Entries”), in its sole and absolute discretion, may be judged void. 

All entries become the property of Sponsor upon receipt and none will be returned.

5. Winner Selection; Random Draw.

A random draw will be held within one (1) day of the end of the Contest Period by the Sponsor from all entries received to date during the Contest Period.

6. Odds of Winning.

Your odds of winning the Contest depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Selection.

  • A random draw for one (1) winning entrant from eligible entries submitted during the Contest Period will be held at approximately 12:00PM on May 26, 2026.
  • The first drawn entrant will win Prize One (1) JUG Live Sweepstakes.
  • A selected entrant must complete and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability Release, and Publicity Consent form and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question within the time specified by the Sponsor to be confirmed as the winner.
  • Proof of identity, including proof that selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry, must be provided upon request.
  • Selected entrants will be contacted using the contact information associated with their entry, which may include email, telephone, or direct message via Instagram. If a selected entrant cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate entrant may be selected.

8. Prize.

There is one (1) prize available to be won in Ontario:

  • Two (2) reserved tickets to May 28th at Live Nation® produced and promoted concert  taking place at Rogers Stadium in Toronto, ON on May 28th, subject to availability and restrictions.  

9. Ticket Details.

Parking, travel and accommodations not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Tickets are redeemable until May 28, 2026, or while supplies last. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age, and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and event policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the concert. Resale or transfer of any prize element, including tickets is prohibited.  By claiming concert tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Approximate Retail Value of the prize not to exceed: One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,200.00 CAD ), depending on the concert selected. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded.

10. Eligibility.

To be eligible, you must:

  1. be a legal Ontario resident and at least 18 years old;
  2. not be an employee, affiliate, or immediate family/household member of Sponsor or its partners.

11. Conduct.

By entering, you agree to these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

12. Disqualification.

Sponsor may disqualify entrants who:

  1. violate rules;
  2. tamper with the Contest;
  3. act disruptively or unsportsmanlike;
  4. undermine the Contest;

Any such attempts may result in legal action.

13. Release of Liability / Consent to Publicity.

By entering:

  1. you agree to these Rules;
  2. you consent to public use of your name, city, image, etc. without further compensation;
  3. you release Sponsor, its partners, Live Nation Canada, Inc. (“Live Nation”), and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with the Contest, including without limitation (a) the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information; (b) acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded; (c) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (d) technical and/or communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind; (e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest; (f) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (g) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize; (h) if Sponsor must cancel or terminate the Contest for any reason; or (i) if any prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Released Parties control. You agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability shall be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.
  4. you acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize including, without limitation, the prize quality or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability.

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  1. incorrect entry data;
  2. invalid entries;
  3. Contest system errors;
  4. inaccurate materials;
  5. security/privacy breaches by third parties.

15. Intellectual Property.

All trademarks, designs, and Contest-related content belong to the Sponsor and cannot be copied without permission.

16. General Terms.

The Rules at www.jug.ca/contest take precedence over any conflicting materials. Any disputes will be governed by Ontario law and resolved in Toronto courts.

17. Acknowledgement & Release re: Live Nation.

Live Nation Canada is not a Sponsor of the Contest, and is in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the verification of winners or the fulfilment of prizing.  All inquiries regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor.
